| Ⅰ Preliminary exchange and communication (approximately 30% of overall time) |
| 1. Communication by phone or on Internet for understanding requirements of customers for design or website development.
2. Customers should provide the following information(documentations) on a preliminary basis:
1) Project introduction
2) Objective and goal of website construction (redesign)
3) Functional requirements of website (mainly referring to functions that background technology should accomplish) or other service requirements (domain name, space and etc)
4) Style (or color) or inclination of website
5) Website map (or tree structure of the whole website)
6) Time requirement for completion of project
7) Budget for expenditure (or we offer a quotation after accounting on the basis of the structure of the website map)
8) Other special requirements system.
4. On the basis of preliminary approval, our salerepresentatives will go to the place of customers and have face-to-face conversations with them, during which both parties will communicate to deepen understanding between each other and determine preliminary cooperation intention.

| Ⅱ Reach cooperation intention (approximately 20% of overall time) |
| 1. Both parties confirm tasks for website development and design as well as its schedule, making plans for the preliminary development scheme.
2. We will confirm the quotation on budget and timetable forproject flow as well as specify persons of both parties in charge. The preliminary scheme will be sent to Party A for confirmation.
3. Customers will revise and improve the scheme forwebsite development as well as specify all the needs, which will then be fed back to us for confirmation and unification.
4. After the cooperation intention is reached, both parties willsign a contract. Party A will pay Party B 30 per cent of total amount of capital in the contract as the advance payment.

| Ⅲ First-stage important work (approximately 20% of overall time) |
| 1. We begin to design the scheme for the homepage. It is possible to make adjustment in the designing process in accordance with actual situation of enterprises, which will be determined mutually by both parties.
2. Customers prepare relevant data (being archived infolders created according to the catalogue of the structural hierarchy of the website) such as texts and pictures based on the website map or tree structure map specified in the scheme and present them to us in time. |
| Ⅳ Comprehensive launch of the project (approximately 28% of overall time) |
| 1. The development of the background program is carried out concurrently after the agreement is signed.
2. The scheme for the homepage is passed and confirmed;other design work is carried out according to the plan.
3. Design of website animation and flash animation.
4. Late stage of website development: synthetic making of allpages, programs and animations. |
| Ⅴ Project testing and inauguration ( approximately 2% of overall time) |
| 1. Website development completed, two parties conduct a comprehensive internal testing and inspection.
2. Inauguration and trial run of website: our party isresponsible for free training of customers’ personnel for update, maintenance and operation of website.
3. Our party provides free technical support service forwebsite running for 1 to 3 months, however, excluding supplement of columns or animation making.

Ⅵ Completion of project
|
| 1. One week after inauguration and trial run, the project is accomplished. Customers pay us the rest 70% and the project is finished.
2. Follow-up technical support service continues to beeffective.
3. If our party needs to be in charge of website maintenance,promotion and update, the project will continue, which is the subsequent stage of cooperation (this is special cooperation requirement of unordinary customers. See details about operating and service procedures in the Project Planning and Agreement. Separate discussion is required).
